At the beginning of October, two computer science students from Poland started working for us. Our new employees come from the University of Applied Sciences and are working at KTC on their practical training as part of their second semester in industry. In return, our trainees will have the opportunity to gain professional experience in Poland next year.
The successful cooperation, which runs under the name “Vocational school meets university of applied sciences”, was initiated by a Karlsruhe vocational school in collaboration with Erasmus, an international academic exchange program, and fell on extremely fertile ground here. We also look forward to supporting and mentoring junior staff at an international level and to productive and stimulating months of intercultural work.
