After successfully completing his studies in civil engineering at the University of Karlsruhe, Peter Steffek worked for six years as a project manager at Bilfinger Berger AG, managing national and international projects under his own responsibility. He successfully studied industrial engineering while working. His core competencies are the digitalization of companies, the optimization of business processes and the production management of construction companies (lean construction).
He is married and has three children.

Mr. Wenske has been working as a consultant and developer in the embedded automotive sector since the end of 2002. After successfully completing his degree in computer science at the University of Karlsruhe (TH) in 2004, he was employed as an operating system and communications specialist at the Scientific Super Computing Center (SSCK) of the University of Karlsruhe (TH). At the end of 2005, he moved to the KIM (Karlsruhe Integrated Information Management) project and led project groups in the areas of identity management, enterprise application integration and system security until the end of 2007.
Horst Wenske is CIO/CTO of the
KTC-Karlsruhe Technology Consulting GmbH.
