Bill your contracts automatically

With ContractPlus, you can keep an eye on your contracts and terms in Business Central and bill them automatically. Recurring sales and purchase documents are created automatically and can be processed in batches.

Manage and categorize your contracts according to customer, supplier, partner and/or direct contracts. Link your original documents, work with a clean audit trail and have purchase and sales invoices created automatically.

Billing by period (calendar month, year) is child’s play with the ContractPlus app. You create the contract, the app creates the invoice – including the purchase page if you are a reseller.

The app distinguishes between:

• Automatic billing via sales order
• Automatic billing via sales invoice

Create orders and invoices directly on the contract card, have them automatically linked and evaluated. Connect ContractPlus to SharePoint as a DMS. Delegate responsibilities to individual employees or teams.

The contracts are automatically numbered by number series and stored in the corresponding contract category.

ContractPlus makes contract invoicing child’s play, and future sales are also taken into account in your forecast.
