Business Central – Highlights of the second release wave in 2023
The ERP solution Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, designed for medium-sized companies, has received further new functions in the fall update, which we would like to briefly present here:
- Faster customization with Microsoft Power Platform through additional templates and ready-made scenarios
- The intercompany and consolidation functions now work across environments
- New functionality in warehouse management, including improved picking processes
- Increased availability – Business Central is now available in more than 130 countries and regions
- Development – complete conversion to Visual Studio Code
- New reporting incl. SAF-T (Denmark) and FAC (France)
- Extended reports and a new analysis module

New version 1.8 of the SharePoint integration for MS Business Central now available!
We are pleased to announce the release of the latest version of our leading SharePoint integration for Microsoft Business Central. Version 1.8 represents another major step forward in improving productivity and user experience.
New functions in version 1.8:
– Upload e-mail documents: An outstanding feature of this version is the ability to upload documents that were sent exclusively by e-mail directly to SharePoint. This new function significantly increases flexibility and efficiency when handling documents.
– Enhanced integration: As already introduced in version 1.4, the application continues to load and filter documents in the background while you access Business Central. This enables uninterrupted and efficient operation.
– Improved configuration options: Based on customer feedback, we have further improved the configuration options for “List Pages” and “Card Pages” to provide an even more consistent and user-friendly experience.

New version (1.4) of the SharePoint Plus App available in MS AppSource
The leading SharePoint integration for MS Business Central is published in the Microsoft AppSource.
The new version 1.4 loads and filters the documents in the background of the open Business Central page. This allows the user to work as usual while the documents are being loaded.
Furthermore, the “joint” configuration of the “List Pages” and the “Card Pages” was requested and implemented at the customer’s request.
From this version onwards, different views can be configured uniformly.
